1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoondry mustard
1tablespoonworcestershire
1pound80/20 ground beef
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
In a medium size mixing bowl, add the seasoning, worcestershire, and ground beef.
Gently mix together with a wooden spoon or your hands until just combined. It is okay if the meat is not uniform in color.
Use a kitchen scale to weigh 4 equal pieces, roughly 4 ounces each. Shape into a ball with your hands. Gently pat the patties down so the tops are flat with the palm of your hand. Use your thumb to make an indention in the middle of the patty.
Cook immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to prepare.
