Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup water for pot
  • 1 cup sugar free bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup low sugar Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup Sukrin Gold brown sugar substitute
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken in Instant Pot with the water.
  • Cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Quick release the steam.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks.
  • In a small measuring cup, whisk the bbq sauce, dressing, and brown sugar substitute.
  • Toss the chicken in the sauce.

Notes

To make in the crockpot: Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Toss chicken in sauce. Turn heat to warm setting until ready to eat.
