Salmon Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Zest the lemon. Add 1 teaspoon to the mix. Stir.
  • Sprinkle the desired amount onto both sides of your salmon.

Notes

  • Grate only the yellow part of the lemon and avoid the bitter white pith beneath.
  • Store the seasoning in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
  • Turn up the intensity by slightly toasting the spices in a pan before mixing.
