  • 1/4 cup Two Good Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop low-carb vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender
  • Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds
  • Server in glass with Fruit, Cream or a Low Carb Sweetener
