Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients into the bowl of your food processor. Blend until completely smooth and formed into a ball.
  • Scoop about two tablespoons of the mix into your hand and roll into a smaller ball.
  • Roll each ball in coconut and keep an airtight container.

Notes

  • Blend all ingredients until they're completely smooth for the best texture.
  • Moisten your hands with coconut oil to prevent sticking and achieve a smooth, perfect finish.
  • No desiccated coconut? Use crushed nuts, cocoa powder, or even keto-friendly sprinkles.
