A favorite finger food on game day and a finger-licking entrée for the family -- these juicy boneless pork ribs are dry, with BBQ spice bringing in a ton of flavor.
Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Brush the olive oil all over the ribs, then add on the spices, salt, and pepper, and rub all over.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Notes
To make the meat more tender, marinate the boneless pork ribs in a mixture of olive oil, spices, and a little vinegar for a few hours before baking. The acid in the vinegar helps to tenderize the meat.
