Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp BBQ spice

Instructions
 

  • Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Brush the olive oil all over the ribs, then add on the spices, salt, and pepper, and rub all over.
  • Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

Notes

To make the meat more tender, marinate the boneless pork ribs in a mixture of olive oil, spices, and a little vinegar for a few hours before baking. The acid in the vinegar helps to tenderize the meat.
