Wash and dry your zucchini and using a mandolin and holding your zucchini at an ancle slice them into chips, making sure to keep your fingers away from the blade.

Drizzle in the oil and spice mix and rub all over to coat the zucchini chips well.

Place in your air fryer in a single layer in the basket, make sure they are not covering each other or you will end up with soggy chips. Fry at 375F for 7- 8 minutes until the chips are slightly browned and crispy.

Cook the zucchini in batches until you have cooked them all, and lay them out to dry nicely before serving or storing.
