- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 tbsp butter softened
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip butter and cream cheese together until fluffy.
Add sweetener and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 12 silicone muffin liners or spread into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 3 hours or until frozen. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
