Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whip butter and cream cheese together until fluffy.
  • Add sweetener and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 silicone muffin liners or spread into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for 3 hours or until frozen. Store in the freezer until ready to eat.
