salt & pepper
Instructions
Rinse radishes. Slices off the end and cut into quarters.
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over MED-HIGH heat.
Add radishes and let cook for 15 minutes until crispy.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top immediately after cooking.
