Ingredients
  

  • 1 package radishes about 1 lb
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse radishes. Slices off the end and cut into quarters.
  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet over MED-HIGH heat.
  • Add radishes and let cook for 15 minutes until crispy.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on top immediately after cooking.
