Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 scoops Further Food Matcha Collagen Peptides
  • 2 cups water or oat milk, almond milk, etc
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or preferred sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth. Scrape side with a rubber spatula if needed and pulse again.

Notes

Have unfinished smoothies? Pour it into popsicle molds and freeze for a snack later!
