Keto salmon patties are a clean, low carb, and dairy free version of traditional Southern salmon cakes.

- 16 to 18 ounces wild caught canned salmon
- 1 green onion finely diced
- 1 stalk celery finely diced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon organic seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- [3/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs]
- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients (excluding oil) until well mixed.
Use your hands to shape into 10 evenly sized patties. Each pattie is roughly 3 tablespoons.
Add oil to a non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat.
When the oil is shimmery and hot, carefully lay the patties down and fry about 2 minutes per side. Work in batches until all patties are cooked.
Transfer the cooked patties to a paper towel lined plate and let cool 5 minutes before eating.
