4.5 ounces cocktail style dill pickles 4 ounces cream cheese softened 4 ounces cheddar cheese not pre-shredded 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cut each pickle in half lengthwise. Cut again, widthwise, to make large bite size pieces.
Cut the cheddar cheese into small bite size pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined. Fold in the pickles.
Cover with saran wrap and chill until firm.
Serve with cheese crisps, radish slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks, pork rinds, or pickle slices.
