Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 ounces cocktail style dill pickles
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese not pre-shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cut each pickle in half lengthwise. Cut again, widthwise, to make large bite size pieces.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese into small bite size pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined. Fold in the pickles.
  • Cover with saran wrap and chill until firm.
  • Serve with cheese crisps, radish slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks, pork rinds, or pickle slices.
