Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 13 ounces low carb pizza sauce
  • 60 g 2 ounces black olives
  • 84 g pepperonis
  • 4.5 ounces chopped green bell pepper
  • 2.5 ounces chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • pinch of salt
  • mozzarella cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • To the inner pot of an Instant Pot, add all ingredients (except cheese). Stir to combine.
  • Close the lid and seal the vent. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Quick release the steam.
  • Top each serving with shredded mozzarella cheese, if desired.
  • Serve with fat head garlic breadsticks, if desired.

Notes

If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Store unfinished soup in the refrigerator in an airtight container up to one week.
