Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with the bacon. When the oven has reached temperature, cook the bacon 15 to 20 minutes until it begins to crips.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" pie plate and set aside.
In a large bowl, beaten the eggs and half n half until thoroughly beaten.
Add the onion, garlic, and spices and whisk to combine.
Roughly chop the bacon and sprinkle around the bottom of the pie plate.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the bacon. Spread the cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set.
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Slice and freeze individual pieces for future grab and go! It will defrost by the time you get to work and are ready to eat!
