Use a sharp knife to slice up your onions, crush your garlic and slice the zucchini.
In a frying pan over a medium high heat on the stove top, melt the butter and sautee the onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add in the sliced zucchini and sauté for 5 – 8 minutes until the zucchini is slightly browned. Be sure to use a spatula to keep turning and moving them so that they don’t burn.
Add in salt and pepper and sprinkle on the Parmesan.
