– chicken breasts, cooked and cooled – cheddar cheese – green chiles – cream cheese – garlic powder – cumin – enchilada sauce – low carb tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a mixer to combine cream cheese and spices.
Fold in shredded chicken, green chiles, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour a little bit of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Lay 2 tortillas down, overlapping if necessary.
